Supporting Community, Civic Pride and Change.
Established in 2013, the Girvan Town Team is an award-winning community organisation with the key purpose to ‘promote Girvan as a vibrant town with a strong sense of community, building positive perceptions of the town to the wider community and building civic pride’.
From the outset, The Girvan Town Team has been at the heart of the community and a catalyst for positive change. We provide grassroots support to a range of local organisations and have helped to develop a number of improvements around the town in sectors as diverse as tourism, health, well-being, and the environment.
Our vision for the future is to enable Girvan to be a better place through continued project support, partnership working, and providing a voice for the community.
